Water activities must be booked at least two days before the activity. Requests sent to YES after this time will not be given attention.
Liability Notice
- YES Yakushima will make a booking on your behalf, but all financial dealings will be dealt with directly between the service provider and customer upon arrival / check-in etc.
- Cancellations made at late notice and without an adequate reason may be liable to a cancellation charge. The decision to request a cancellation charge is taken by the service provider. Cancellations caused by ferry/flight cancellation due to bad weather are, in most cases exempt from a cancellation charge.
- YES Yakushima do not take any direct responsibility should the guest encounter dissatisfaction or problems with the requested service. We will make all efforts possible to list services that are reputable and reliable. However, should you meet with any dissatisfaction then please contact YES with details of your issue.
