YES! Yakushima are rated by Tripadvisor as the No1 tour operator for international visitors to Yakushima and our tours are in popular demand throughout the year.  We cannot stress the difference booking a YES tour would make to your visit to Yakushima and so we allow the comments of previous guests to explain the reason why you should consider booking a tour with YES! Yakushima.

In 2019 YES ! Yakushima were nominated by the Japan National Tourism Organization (JNTO) to represent Yakushima for their global marketing campaign – 100 Amazing Experiences in Japan.

Open Tour – other guests are able to participate on the same tour and so the individual tour fee will decrease according to the number of participants.

Private Tour – only your group will be permitted onto the tour.

    Toppy Jet Foil Ticket Reservation

    Guests booking Yakushima accommodation with YES are entitled to our free jet foil ferry reservation service.  YES do not pay for the ferry tickets.  Send YES the dates & times you’d like to sail to & from Yakushima.  Also include the number of people and one full name.  Check the Toppy jet foil timetable in the Getting to Yakushima section.

    • Adult Return Toppy : 22,300 yen per adult   
    • Adult Single Toppy : 11,600 yen per adult
    • Child (6 – 11) Return Toppy  : 10,550 yen per child
    • Child (6 – 11) Single Toppy : 5,800 yen per child
    • Children between 0 – 5 travel free, but are not allocated a seat.

    Toppy ferry ticket payment is with cash or credit card at the port on the day of your departure.

     

    How to Pay for YES Tours

    • Transfers are accepted from within Japan.  　
    • Cash (Japanese yen only) on the day of the tour.

    Cancellation Policy

    A cancellation charge will be waivered only if adverse weather prevents the guest from arriving to Yakushima, or adverse weather forces us to cancel the tour.  Under all other circumstances if a the guest cancels a tour then cancellation charges apply.
